With more than thirty patterns for newborn to 18 months, this book really is all you need to sew for a beloved little one. Make everything from T-shirts to towels, sleepers to sweatshirts to sweaters, and use our organic fabric to ensure that your baby is completely enrobed in purity! Check out the book's table of contents for a more specific idea of the patterns included.

When ordering Kwik Sew books, remember to purchase Kwik Trace Cloth. The books come with a master pattern -- with all the pattern pieces and all the sizes printed on one page. Keeping the master intact allows you to access all the designs and all the sizes. Trace the pieces you will need for the size outfit you will be making onto the Kwik Trace Cloth, cut them out, and use them as your new pattern. You'll find this a very efficient way to work -- the first time you use a piece it takes the extra minute to transfer to Kwik Trace Cloth, but after that you have a sturdy, lasting pattern piece without having affected the Master Pattern. You may find yourself using the Kwik Trace Cloth for other (non-Kwik Sew) patterns as well.

One of the NearSea founders keeps her Kwik Sew books at hand and stores her pattern pieces in hanging folders in a filing cabinet kept under her sewing table. That way inspiration is always nearby!
